Bank Financing and In-House Financing Requirements

BANK FINANCING REQUIREMENTS

1. Completely filled-out Application Form
2. 3 pcs 1x1 ID picture (husband & wife, if married)
3. Photocopy of 2 valid ID (husband & wife, if married)
4. Community Tax Certificate (husband & wife, if married)
5. Tax Identification Number (TIN)
6. Proof of Billing (Meralco, PLDT, other)
7. Birth Certificate
8. Marriage Contract (if married)
9. Owner's Copy of Transfer
10. Photocopy of Contract to Sell

For employed applicants:
1. Original Copy of Certificate of Employment (must indicate length of service, position and annual salary)
2. Latest Income Tax Return (ITR)

For self-employed applicants:
1. Audited Financial Statements for the last 2 years
2. Two (2) years in-house Financial Statement and Interim Statement (when available)
3. ITR for the last 2 years
4. Photocopy of Bank Statements and Passbooks for the last 6 months
5. Certificate of Business Registration with SEC or DTI (if single proprietorship)
6. Articles of Incorporation and By-Laws (if applicable)
7. Business Background / Company Profile
8. Trade Suppliers / Customers (at least 3 for each with contact persons and telephone numbers)


IN-HOUSE FINANCING REQUIREMENTS

Initial Requirements:
1. Latest proof of income.
2. 3pcs 1X1 ID picture (recent)
3. Marriage Contract, Birth Certificate, or Separation papers (if needed)
4. Community Tax Cert. No.
5. Complete Post Dated Check for Equity and Amortization
6. TIN


Additional Requirements for OFW:
1. Job Contract
2. Passport
3. Special Power of Attorney (SPA)
4. Valid I.D. of Attorney in Fact
5. 1 pc. ID picture of Attorney in Fact
6. Residence Certificate of Attorney in Fact


Additional Requirements for Self-Employed:
1. Affidavit of Income
2. Business Name and Permit
3. Passbook with 3 months maintaining balance
4. ITR
